I've made it my life mission to help more than 1 million people to make a difference and live the lives they deserve by creating a simple yet comprehensive plan, based on their natural strengths. I do talks, create learning experiences, present training programmes, host online peer-circles, offer one-on-one coaching, organise and publish information, create practical business growth tools and in doing all of this, I also run my own busineseses.

     At the heart of my approach is using the five fundamental questions: What is unique in what you do? Who are you meant to serve in doing this? When and where do you exchange value? How do you do it effciently? And why do you do it? The "why", or bigger intention, is the starting point of my work with purpose-driven entrepreneurs, leaders of non-profit organisations and invidividuals who want to make a difference through the meaningful lives they live.

PAST & PRESENT

I'm the Founding CEO of the Entrepreneurial Planning Institute, an initiative aiming to develop the capacity of practitioners such as mentors, trainer and incubation managers. The EPI also offers programmes for under-served segments of the entrepreneurial community, such as rural small business owners.

I created the Flow Canvas 1-Page Plan while supporting purpose-driven entrepreneurs over nearly
20 years. I'm proud to say that the Flow Canvas does not only offer a dynamic business modelling and planning tool, but also helps 
individuals to positon their own 
strengths on the 1-page plan.

I started my career in publishing 

for newly literate adults and when

I launched my own business, I shifted to media for new entrepreneurs. I've been publishing for entrepreneurs for 20 years, including the award-winning "BigNews for the Business Owner" and "Small Business Connect".

I wrote a book with the title "Results!" where I explain an approach based on what I learnt in launching and closing a hand-full of businesses and selling one to a large corporation. The book is ideal for leaders of non-profit organisations and entrepreneurial businesses.
